The agreement for the service subscription runs annually and is automatically extended by one year at a time (12 months) in the event of failure to cancel. The agreement is valid from the date of order.
The termination must reach Netmaker in writing no later than 3 months before the extension date.
The termination must, as mentioned above, be made in writing to Netmaker in accordance with what is stated in the general terms and conditions for the NonStopService agreement. The termination is always answered with a written confirmation which is your proof that we have received your termination. It must contain company name, customer number and license number, this information can be found on your invoices.
If termination is emailed, it will only be accepted if it is sent as a signed scanned copy (Pdf), you can then send this directly to support.netmaker@formpipe.com
