Receipts are automatically retrieved when you connect to Bankgirot. The time intervals before a receipt is retrieved are configured in the Profile you use. This function can also be turned off.

Receipts can be downloaded manually, by clicking on Actions in the main menu and selecting fetch receipt(s). If there are receipts available, the status of the relevant files will be updated. If there are no receipts available, a message will be displayed.
