This is a feature so that two or more people can work on the same file. A person can easily send a file to someone else who is not connected to the same network. This assumes that the recipient also has Netmaker Bankgiro Link installed.

If two colleagues are on the same computer network, shared profiles can be used for joint use.

To send files by email:

This feature only works if you use Microsoft Outlook as your email client. In other cases, you must manually create an email and attach the desired file.

1. Select the file you want to send, select File in the main menu and then Send by email. A standard email window will open with the selected file attached.

Fill in the To , Subject and message and then click Send.
