BankID har meddelat att alla som använder BankID med kort på Windows behöver uppdatera till senaste versionen, 7.16.2, senast den 15 maj 2026.

Detta innebär att BankID med kort kan sluta fungera om uppdateringen inte görs i tid. Vi vill därför uppmärksamma dig som använder BankID med kort på att se över din version och uppdatera vid behov.

BankID has announced that all users who run BankID with a smart card on Windows must update to the latest version, 7.16.2, no later than May 15, 2026.

If the update is not completed in time, BankID with smart card may stop working. We therefore want to inform customers who use BankID with a smart card to check their current version and update if necessary.
