To download files from Bankgirot:

1. Connect to Bankgirot.

2. Click on Actions in the main menu and select Fetch Result Files. The following figure shows an example of a list of files available for download:

If any of the files are missing, please contact Bankgirot. Note that you can specify the type of files to display in the File > Profiles > Preferences dialog.

1. Select the files you want to download and click Fetch. The files that have been downloaded are marked Fetched in the Status column, see the figure above.

2. The status bar keeps you informed of the status of your file transfer. When you have downloaded all the files you need, click Close. The downloaded files will be available in the Fetched directory in the main window.
