Start the Bank-ID security program by double-clicking the Bank-ID symbol at the bottom right of the taskbar.

Insert the card into the card reader and your Bank-ID will be displayed. If multiple Bank-IDs are displayed, select the one you want to unlock.

Press the Password button (new window opens).

Press the Next button. Check that the correct Bank-ID is preselected, press next.

Now you need to know which password (legitimate or signed) is locked. Select the locked one and proceed to the next window.

Select unlock PIN code.

Follow the instructions that appear in the next window.
