Important information about your agreement and invoicing – Formpipe Sverige AB takes over as the contracting party.
Dear customer.
We would like to inform you about a change regarding your agreement with us at Formpipe. Formpipe Software AB (the "Company") will divest its Public business area (the "Divestiture") including Netmaker BankGiro Link.
In connection with the Divestment of the Public business area, the Company has decided to streamline the operational activities within the Group. To implement this, all current agreements between you and the Company will be transferred to the legal entity Formpipe Sverige AB, corporate registration number 559533-5364 (the “Transfer”). After the Transfer, the agreements will continue to apply on unchanged terms. The transfer is planned to be implemented on October 1, 2025. (Please note, however, that the specified transfer date is preliminary and may be adjusted).
What does this mean for you as a customer?
Your agreement will continue to apply with unchanged terms.
You do not need to take any action, everything will happen automatically.
From the date of transfer, Formpipe Sverige AB is your contracting party.
We would like to emphasize that this change does not affect you in any way, and we will continue to provide you with the same high level of service and support that you are used to. Your cooperation with us is very important, and we look forward to continuing to be your reliable partner.
Important information about invoicing in the future After the transfer, invoices will be sent from Formpipe Sverige AB. We therefore ask you to update your systems so that invoices from October 1, 2025 can be received from:
